Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to activate the link to apply for CBSE 12th revaluation & verification 2026 of answer books on May 29. Earlier, the board was scheduled to release the application for CBSE 12th revaluation & verification on May 26. However, it got delayed due to the technical glitches in the portal. According to CBSE, a total of 4,04,319 applications were received for obtaining scanned copies of answer books. A total of 11,31,961 answer books were requested by students. Total 8,98,214 answer books were furnished digitally. The pending requests for obtaining scanned copies of answer books are expected to be provided by May 27.

How to Apply for CBSE 12th Revaluation?
Those who applied for scanned answer sheet photocopy can apply for revaluation in the following way.
- Visit CBSE Website
- Open the ‘Post Result Services’ or ‘Verification & Re-evaluation’ section on the homepage.
- Enter Roll Number and Admit Card ID to log in
- Only students who have already obtained photocopies or scanned copies of their answer books can continue with the verification or re-evaluation process.
- Select the type of application:
- Verification of Marks
- Re-evaluation
- Both Verification and Re-evaluation
- Choose the subject or subjects
- In case of re-evaluation, select the specific question numbers which students want to get reviewed.
- Check details carefully
- Pay prescribed fee online
- Submit application form
- Download and save the confirmation
