CBSE have issued strict instructions to maintain the confidentiality of the question paper. The board has issued a notice warning schools and centres to be careful against leaks and misuse of question papers.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released a notification prohibiting the distribution of the question paper before the exam ends. The decision has been taken to protect the integrity of CBSE board exams for class 10 and 12 and avoid leaks and misuse of question papers. The board also warned against strict action in case of any violation.
List of courses after CBSE board exams
The board mentioned that no question paper should be shared, shown, or handed over to any unauthorised person under any circumstances. This step aims to prevent possible exam paper leaks and ensure the proper distribution of marks during the results. Authorities have said that not following these guidelines will be treated as a violation of examination guidelines. Hence, all schools and associated people must follow the guidelines below.
Strict Rules on CBSE Question Paper Sharing
The following are the guidelines issued by the board:
- All unused question papers have to be repacked and stored once the examination begins.
- The total number of distributed and repacked question papers must match the total numbers of question papers supplied to the examination centre.
- The guidelines also prohibit sharing question papers with subject teachers for review or observation.
- Schools are not allowed to have question papers for library or academic purposes.
- Question papers will be uploaded online after the completion of examinations.
