US-Israel Attacks Iran Latest Update: Due to the ongoing Iran-US-Israel Crisis, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has postponed CBSE Class 10 & 12 exams 2026 in the Middle East. The Board has issued notice to all the school principals in Bahrain, Iran, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The notice reads, “Students and schools are informed that due to the current situation in parts of the Middle East (Bahrain, Iran, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, the Board has decided that the examinations scheduled on March 2, 2026 for both Class 10 & 12 are postponed. The new dates will be announced later.”
“The Board will review the situation on March 3 and take appropriate decisions concerning examinations scheduled from March 5 onwards,” the notice further said.
CBSE conducts the Class 10 and 12 board examinations through various centres in India and abroad for its affiliated schools.

For 2026, CBSE has arranged exam centres for Class 10th and 12th board exams across 26 countries outside India. These international centers serve thousands of students, primarily in the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain) and Nigeria and Uganda. Over 43.6 lakh students, including those in foreign schools are appearing in CBSE Board exams.
