CBSE has advised students and parents against unauthorised people claiming to offer “quick” duplicate mark sheets or certificates or corrections.
Central Board of Secondary Education has issued warning to students, parents against relying on unauthorised sources claiming to provide quick services for issuance of duplicate mark sheets, certificates, and document corrections.
Board has clarified that these entities are neither affiliated with nor authorised by CBSE, and warned that using their services could lead to misinformation, financial loss, or other serious consequences.
It emphasised that all official information on 'duplicate' document, corrections in certificates or other exam related records, and any student or examination-related services is available only on its official CBSE website, www.cbse.gov.in, or through its regional offices and verified communication channels.
CBSE in its notice has also stated it will not be responsible for any issues arising from information spread by unofficial or third-party sources.
