Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam 2026: The Karnataka School Examination and Evaluation Board has submitted a proposal to the Government, highlighting that all types of students (new/repeated/private) who have registered for the Karnataka Second PUC exam from session 2024 onwards are allowed to appear for the improvement exams. 

The board has issued a revised order highlighting the revised rules for the Second PUC (Class 12) Improvement Examinations. Following a proposal by the KSEEB, the state has decided to simplify the process to resolve technical problems related to the examination.

Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam 2026: Revised Rules for Improvement Paper

According to the latest Government Order, regular, private, and repeaters can now only register for Karnataka 2nd PUC improvement exam 2026 held in the same academic year of their original registration and the immediately following academic year. This allows the lesser maintenance of students’ data. 

Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam 2026: Revised Syllabus and Marksheet Points

The official notification mentions that all students opting for an improvement exam must follow the revised syllabus of the current academic year. Further, students who successfully improve their scores have to surrender their original marksheets to the Board. The updated marksheet will only be issued once the previous document is submitted.
