Maharashtra Board Exam 2026: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE), in accordance with the state government, has blacklisted 107 examination centres across the state for alleged malpractice and irregularities during SSC & HSC board exams 2026.

Reportedly, the decision was taken after a few incidents of malpractice, paper leak, use of unfair means, and failure to follow examination guidelines had been noted by the department. The MSBSHSE has stated that these centres will not be allowed to conduct the Class 10 (SSC) and Class 12 (HSC) board examinations for further examinations.

Meanwhile, the Maharashtra government has issued a warning to school authorities and exam centres that negligence or misconduct will lead to strict legal action. The inspection department will have flying squads, and CCTV surveillance will be increased to ensure transparency during the exams.
