Maharashtra SSC Board Exam 2026: Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has started Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Class 10 examinations today, February 20, 2026, at 11 AM. Examination will be conducted in two shifts, i.e. 11 AM to 2 PM (shift 1) and 3 PM to 6 PM (shift 2).
Subject namely Marathi, Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Sindhi, Bengali, Punjabi, are being held in first shift, while German and French will be held in shift 2. As per reports, over 16 lakh students will appear in Maharashtra SSC Board Exam 2026.
Maharashtra SSC Board Exam 2026 Begins: Strict Vigil and Anti-Cheating Measures
Maharashtra Board has made all arrangements for smooth conduct of examination. Board has implemented a "zero-tolerance" policy toward malpractices. A total of 287 flying squads have been assigned in nine divisions—including Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, and Konkan for inspections. Most exam centres will be monitored through CCTV surveillance. To prevent Maharashtra SSC paper leaks rumours, Board will not allow any student to enter exam hall at 10:30 AM for morning shift.

Students and parents will soon be able to check Maharashtra SSC Board exam 2026 analysis for each exam. paper analysis will include students’ reactions on overall level of exam, types of questions asked, which section was toughest and other details.
Students' Reactions to Follow
Once examination is concluded, students will share their inputs on different aspects of exam. Toughness level of Maharashtra SSC Board exam 2026 will be made available for each exam day. Students must ensure they keep a track of exam day analysis to know how upcoming exam could be in terms of toughness level.
