RBSE 12th Practical Exam 2026: Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education has released detailed guidelines for conduction of RBSE Class 12 practical exams 2026, directing schools and examiners to strictly follow instructions and syllabus. The Board has emphasised RBSE 12th practical exams must be conducted in a fair, transparent, and systematic manner, and any attempt to influence this process or offer inducements will invite strict action.
Attendance sheets must be properly filled and signed by students on day of RBSE practical exam 2026 for class 12th and copies sent to Board along with hard copy of marks submitted online by examiner. According to Board, RBSE 12th practical exam 2026 for regular students is being held from January 1 to 20, 2026, while practical exams for private candidates will be held separately at district headquarters from January 25 to 31, 2026. Any change in this schedule will be announced at official RBSE website.
Important Guidelines for RBSE 12th Practical Exam 2026
Students and examiners must keep these points in mind during Rajasthan Board 12th practical exam.
- Follow the prescribed syllabus and revised practical guidelines strictly.
- Ensure fair, transparent conduct of RBSE practical exams for class 12th.
- Examiners must upload practical marks online within three days of examination.
- Maintain and submit attendance sheets and exam records properly.
- Examiners must maintain complete confidentiality while entering and locking marks.
- Electronic devices and internet usage is banned during exams.
Intsructions Related to RBSE 12th Practical Exam 2026
The Board has instructed that exam-related documents must be completed under school principal and produced whenever demanded. External examiners have to upload class 12th practical marks online within three days of completing the exam. They need to send required documents by Speed Post after each school, and dispatch answer sheets within seven days. Schools must also inform District Education Officer’s control room three days before the commencement of RBSE 10th practical exams and again after their completion.
Special instructions have been issued for candidates who have transferred from other schools or changed subjects with Board approval. Examiners have been advised to maintain complete confidentiality while entering marks through online portal and to verify entries carefully before locking the data, as no changes will be allowed thereafter.
Rajasthan Board has also imposed strict ban on use of mobile phones, calculators, electronic devices, Wi-Fi, WhatsApp and photocopy machines during examination period, warning that misuse of technology can disrupt exam system. School principals have been advised to regularly visit RBSE website for the latest guidelines, circulars, and updates related to the examinations.
In case of any such incident, a written FIR must be lodged immediately at nearest police station or Anti-Corruption Bureau, and concerned District Education Officer (Secondary) and Board must be informed without delay with complete details and evidence.
