UP Board Class 10th Exams 2026 Live Updates; English Exam Analysis, Unofficial Answer Key

After the English exam, the next major exam is the Science subject which will be held on February 25, 2026 in morning shift only. There is no other exam to be held in shift 2. 

Students who have enrolled for these subjects will have to appear for the exam on February 24, 2026: 

NCC exam will be conducted in shift 1 and the human science exam will be held in shift 2, tomorrow. 

The supplementary exam, which was scheduled to be held in the second shift, has concluded. Soon, students will come out of the centre and proceed to their homes.

The UPMSC has begun the second shift supplementary exams for Electrician/Solar system repair/Plumber/Disaster Management exam at 2:00 PM. The entry gates have closed. 

 The English paper was of 'Moderate' difficulty level. Most of the questions were within the syllabus and tested basic language competencies and conceptual understanding. The question paper was balanced and manageable within the time limit allocated to the students.  

The UP Board 10th English exam question paper was easy. Candidates seem to be satisfied with the type of questions asked in the exam. Questions were asked from the syllabus only. The reading comprehesion were a little time consuming but not difficult. 

The UP Board 10th English Exam has concluded at 11:45 AM. Candidates can be seen coming out of the examination hall. We will soon share the English Paper Analysis here for the students.

The English exam is scheduled to end at 11:45 AM. The second shift exam will begin soon afterwards.  

Around 27.5 Lakh candidates are appearing for the English exam as per the registrations received by the UP Board. 

The UP Board 10th English subject exam begins. Candidates who have reached the test centre on time will be allowed to appear for the exam. Entry is allowed only through the admit card. 

The exam will begin at 8:30 AM. Candidates are advised to reach the test centre within the next 1 hour. Check your exam bag carefully before reaching the test centre.

Theory Paper will be of 70 Marks (3 hours). The MCQs will be of 20 Marks. The Descriptive/Subjective questions will be of 50 Marks

1. If you cannot remember or recall an answer in 2 minutes, leave the question and come back to it later on
2. Utilise the first 15 minutes to identify questions about which you are confident in answering and attempt those first quickly
3. Keep 10 minutes for revising the answers at the end 

Reach the test centre by 7:30 am if the exam is scheduled for the morning slot. If the exam is scheduled for the second slot then the reporting time is 1:00 PM.
