UP Board Exam 2026: Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has issued an important advisory for high school and intermediate students appearing for the board exam. UPMSP has warned students and parents to not believe on fake rumours related to the board exam as the UP Board Exam 2026 Class 10 and 12 started on February 18, 2026. 

The UPMSP media cell has notified that fake UP board question paper 2026 is being circulated online on social media platforms WhatsApp and YouTube. The board called it as baseless and ordered the cyber cell to take necessary actions against the mischievous.

"The media cell of the Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education has brought to its attention that some anti-social elements are creating and circulating fabricated question papers on social media to mislead candidates and spread rumours about the board exams. This situation is completely false, baseless, and mischievous, and is an attempt to mislead students and parents. Therefore, the Board informs all candidates and parents and appeals to them to ignore such rumours and to rely only on information released on the Board's official website and through authorised channels." The official notification reads. 

UP Board Exam 2026: FIR to Lodge Against Culprits

The Board has requested the Cyber Cell to register First Information Reports (FIRs) against the people responsible for spreading these rumours. People who are found guilty of circulating UP board fake question papers could face up to two years of imprisonment and a heavy fine.
