UP Board to Open Portal for Rectification

Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad has announced that online portal for correcting errors in educational details of students appearing in the UP Board 10th, 12th, 2026 exam will be active from October 11, 2025. The last date for rectification in UP Board exam form 2026 is October 25, 2025 (till midnight). The UPMSP correction link will be available at official UP Board website upmsp.edu.in.

What corrections can be done through UP Board Rectification Portal? 

Students and school principals must verify and correct all errors related to subjects, class, student names, spelling errors in parents’ names, gender, caste, photographs, and any incorrect serial numbers for High School registrations given in UP Board Class 11. The board has also specified that only Principals of respective schools can log in and make these corrections in UPMSP 10th, 12th exam form 2026. 

They must note that any corrections in date of birth, full names of students or parents, and deletion/restoration of student details must be submitted offline to respective District School Inspector’s office by October 31, 2025 along with documents.
