CBSE Class 12th result 2019 has been declared on May 2. Hansika Shukla and Karishma Arora are the CBSE toppers 2019 for Class 12th board exams.

The CBSE Class 12th result has been declared on the official websites of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) - www.cbseresults.nic.in, www.cbse.nic.in & results.gov.in. Total 83.4% students have passed the CBSE Class 12th board exams. It is a rise from last year when the pass percentage of Class 12th students stood at 83.01%.

Like previous years, girls have outperformed boys by 9%. Total 88.70% girls and 79.4% boys have passed the CBSE board exams.

Thiruvananthapuram is the top performing region this year with pass percentage of 98.2%. The region is followed by Chennai with pass percentage of 92.93% and Delhi with pass percentage of 91.87%.

CBSE 2019 Toppers for Class 12th

Hansika Shukla and Karishma Arora are the CBSE Class 12th toppers 2019 with 499 marks each. Three girls – Gaurangi Chawla of Nirmal Ashram School, Rishikesh, Aishwarya of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Rai Bareilly and Bhavya of BR SK International Public School, Jind, Haryana have secured second position with 498/500 marks each. Apart from this, total 18 students have secured third position in CBSE Class 12th results with 497 marks each. Out of the 18 students, 11 are girls and 7 are boys.
