CBSE Class 12th Toppers 2019

CBSE Class 12th result 2019 has been declared on May 2. Hansika Shukla and Karishma Arora are the CBSE toppers 2019 for Class 12^th board exams.

The CBSE Class 12^th result has been declared on the official websites of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) - www.cbseresults.nic.in, www.cbse.nic.in & results.gov.in. Total 83.4% students have passed the CBSE Class 12^th board exams. It is a rise from last year when the pass percentage of Class 12^th students stood at 83.01%.

Like previous years, girls have outperformed boys by 9%. Total 88.70% girls and 79.4% boys have passed the CBSE board exams.

Thiruvananthapuram is the top performing region this year with pass percentage of 98.2%. The region is followed by Chennai with pass percentage of 92.93% and Delhi with pass percentage of 91.87%.

CBSE 2019 Toppers for Class 12^th

Hansika Shukla and Karishma Arora are the CBSE Class 12th toppers 2019 with 499 marks each. Three girls – Gaurangi Chawla of Nirmal Ashram School, Rishikesh, Aishwarya of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Rai Bareilly and Bhavya of BR SK International Public School, Jind, Haryana have secured second position with 498/500 marks each. Apart from this, total 18 students have secured third position in CBSE Class 12^th results with 497 marks each. Out of the 18 students, 11 are girls and 7 are boys.

In 2018, Meghana Srivastava and Anoushka Chandra were the CBSE Class 12th toppers with 499 and 498 marks, respectively. Rank 3 was grabbed by seven students with 497 marks each. Check the complete list of CBSE Class 12th toppers 2018.
