The Board releases the CBSE 12th rechecking/revaluation result 2026 on its website. Students can check their result using roll number, admit card ID and school number. After obtaining a copy of their answer sheet, students can apply for verification or revaluation of CBSE 12th result 2026. The fees for verification of CBSE 12th are INR 500 per answer book. The same for revaluation is INR 100 per question. Students need to apply for all these. CBSE 12th Post Result Process

In 2025, CBSE revised the post-result process. This includes obtaining a photocopy of the evaluated answer sheet, followed by verification or re-evaluation of both. 

Obtaining Photocopy of Answer Sheet

Students can request the evaluated answer sheets. This allows them to check for any error such as miss calculation, unawarded marks, etc. To obtain a photocopy of the evaluated answer sheet, students need to apply online. They will be provided a scanned copy of the answer book in their login. The identity of the evaluator will be kept hidden. If candidates want to challenge the marks, they will have to apply online for re-evaluation of marks. Students need to provide their roll numbers, school number, date of birth and fees. CBSE 12th Re-Evaluation

Only those students who applied for a photocopy of the evaluated answer book are eligible for re-evaluation of marks. The fee for this is INR 100 per question. Students need to follow the marking scheme for the concerned subject. This will help them to submit an application along with the reason. The status for re-evaluation will be uploaded on the board's website. Students can check the result for re-evaluation by logging with the required details.

CBSE will release the CBSE 12th result 2026 statistics along with the result. The toppers list is not published to avoid unhealthy competition. Till then, students can check the result statistics of last year below.

CBSE 12th compartment exam is conducted for students who fail in one or two subjects. The result is announced in the first week of August.
