MUHS Exams 2021: Students who were absent for exams due to COVID to get one more chance, check here
A specially written re-examination will be conducted by the university for the students who have tested positive for COVID-19 during the examination period or for those who are absent due to the epidemic.
MUHS Exams 2021: The Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) has announced that it has decided to give one more chance to the students who were absent from the winter 2020 session exam. As per the new announcement, students who were absent for the winter 2020 session due to COVID-19 will be re-examined.
The examination controller of the university, Dr. Ajit Pathak said that a special written re-examination will be conducted by the university for the students who have tested positive for COVID-19 during the examination period or for those who are absent due to the epidemic. This written test will be conducted between July 30 to August 17, 2021. He said the relevant examination would be conducted as per the court order and in compliance with the safety rules directed by the government with regard to covid-19.
A total of 86 examination centers have been fixed in the state for the re-examination conducted by the university. For this, Central Inspector, Head of Centre, Junior and Senior Supervisor, Bharari Pathak have been appointed by the University. The University said that as the COVID-19 reports came positive, the students who have dropped out or will drop out of the practical test for the winter 2020 session, will be tested at the same examination center after the end of their segregation period. The written examination for the winter 2020 session of various disciplines has just started.
The university is conducting written examinations for the first, second and third year of all disciplines for degree courses. Certificate Courses in Modern Pharmacology and Modern Mid Level Service Provider Courses are also being offered. More information has been published on the official website of the university muhs.ac.in. The schedule of the special examination will soon be published on the official website too.
Regarding the re-examination of the students affected by covid-19, Vice Chancellor in charge Dr. Nitin Karmalkar, Registrar Dr. Dr. Kalidas Chavan, Controller of Examinations Ajit Pathak provided guidance as well as Assistant Registrar Mahendra Kothavade, Assistant Registrar Rajendra Shahane, Dr. Santosh Kokate, Cell Officer Deepak Sangle, Mrs. Chanda Bhise, Satish Kedare, Kishore Jople, Manoj Kotwal have worked on the matter.
