Rajasthan University Admissions 2021: Technical glitches hamper admission process on Day 2

The RU Admission 2021 process for 9,000 seats began on Monday; i.e. August 9, 2021, and will end on August 19. Rajasthan University Cut-off List 2021 will be released on August 25. 

Rajasthan University Admissions 2021: For the second consecutive day, Rajasthan University witnessed a delay in the admission process due to technical glitches. While Rajasthan University and its constituent colleges witnessed 450 admission forms on the first day, thousands of students failed to submit the same on the second day due to poor server speed. The RU Admission 2021 process for 9,000 seats began on Monday; i.e. August 9, 2021, and will end on August 19. Rajasthan University Cut-off List 2021 will be released on August 25. 

The Rajasthan University is likely to receive over 30,000 forms till the last date. With technical glitches and COVID-19 restrictions, it has become very difficult for students to submit the application form on time. Most of the students have complained that they are facing difficulty to receive NET ID and password on their registered email id. 
Mohan Meena, a resident of Jaipur, told a media house that the university website is not mobile-friendly making it very difficult to follow the instructions. “Ideally, the website should have both the desktop version and mobile version. The majority of the students don’t have access to laptops,” said Meena, who after repeated attempts have successfully generated the admission form.

Shiksha.com called up SL Sharma, Admission coordinator of RU, for comments on the admission process and the difficulty faced by the students, but he was not available for comments.

This year, the admission process will be conducted entirely online considering the COVID-19 situation in the country. Students are advised to watch this space to get more details on Rajasthan University Admissions 2021.
