University of Rajasthan is a public/ government university located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It is one of the oldest universities in the state. It was set up in 1947 as the University of Rajasthan in 1956. Spread in approximately 705.0 acres on Jawaharlal Nehru Marg, also known as the central spine of Jaipur, the university has always accorded a high priority to games and sports. University of Rajasthan accepts valid national and international level entrance test scores. Thus, candidates with valid JEE Main scores are eligible for BTech admission at the university. 

The JEE Main tentative dates for sessions 1 and 2 have been announced by the NTA. As per the announcement, the session 1 exam is tentatively scheduled to be held in January and the second session in April. 

The UNIRAJ BCA eligibility criteria states the conditions to be fulfilled by students to be eligible to apply. For regular admissions, candidates must have passed Class 12 examinations with a minimum of 50% marks. Candidates seeking admission to a SFS (Self Financing Seat) in the BCA programme must have secured a minimum of 48% marks in Class 12.

For the General AI category students, the cutoff percentage was 61.6 and 90.4 for admission to B.Sc in Botany at University Maharaja College, University of Rajasthan and University Maharani College, University of Rajasthan, resepectively. The total tuition fees to be paid for BCA in UNIRAJ range from INR 6,600 to INR 2.4 lakh. Apart from tuition fees, the fee structure includes other charges such as admission fees, hostel fees, development & training fees, etc. Students must note that the aforementioned fees is as per official sources. University Commerce College, University of Rajasthan has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Yes, Rajasthan University commonly known as UNIRAJ provides MA programme in various specialisations including English, French, Hindi, Urdu, Philosophy, Psychology, History, Economics, Political Science and Sociology. To be eligible for these programmes at UNIRAJ the aspiring candidates need BA with a minimum 48% aggregate or 55 % in the discipline of Post-graduation or any equivalent degree by UNIRAJ with at least 55% aggregate. 

For admission to M.A. Courses at the university, applicants must be eligible. Candidates with a Bachelors degree in the respective subjects according to the course-specific requirement can apply. For the selection, students must qualify the University URATPG entrance exam, which is common for all the specialisations of M.A. The seat allotment is based on the candidate's scores in the entrance test. The total course fee for the M.A. Course ranges between INR 4,380 and INR 1.13 Lacs.

Admission to the MA programme at Rajasthan University needs the candidates to have a minimum of at least 48% in aggregate or 55% marks in the subject of postgraduation or Bachelor or its equivalent degree recognised by this University with at least 55% marks in the aggregate. The candidates also need to make sure they qualify URATPG exam.
