XLRI- Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur has announced opening of admissions for two of its flagship Executive Education programmes, Executive Diploma in Advanced Business Strategies for CXOs and the Post Graduate Certificate in CSR Leadership (PGCCSRL).

Executive Diploma in Advanced Business Strategies for CXOs

XLRI has opened admissions for Batch 3 of its Executive Diploma in Advanced Business Strategies for CXOs, programme tailored for senior professionals and aspiring C-suite leaders with a minimum of 10 years of work experience. As per a statement released by the institute, previous batches have attracted a diverse cohort of leaders with an average experience of 17–18 years, spanning multiple industries.

Course is designed to equip experienced professionals with the strategic insight, enterprise-wide perspective and leadership required to navigate complex business environments marked by digital transformation, regulatory shifts, global competition and evolving stakeholder expectations.

On successful completion, participants will be awarded the Executive Diploma in Advanced Business Strategies for CXOs and will become eligible for XLRI Alumni status, subject to fulfilling academic requirements.

XLRI is accredited by AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business), AMBA, and NBA (National Board of Accreditation), and is approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), AIU, and GOI.

Being a private college, the fee can be a little high, but the students can apply for scholarships provided by the XLRI-Xavier School of Management. Hence, even if the students find XLRI Jamshedpur a little expensive, they don't have to worry as scholarships are available to assist them.

Q:   What is the eligibility for EFPM at XLRI Jamshedpur?
A: 

Candidates should have passed MBA/ PGDM or equivalent or GMP/ PGPX or one year full-time residential programme in Management with at least 60% marks to apply for FPM programme at XLRI Jamshedpur. Additionally, candidates must also be employed in a full-time job. Aspirants should also have at least 5 years of full-time executive/ managerial/ teaching/ research experience.

Q:   Can I get direct admission in XLRI?

Xavier School of Management Jamshedpur does not have the provision of direct admission to the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) courses. However, as per various sources, XLRI Jamshedpur has a few seats under the Managment quota for which the institute offers direct admission. XLRI admission to most the PGDM courses is based on the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT), conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Alongside CXO programme, XLRI also invites applications for Post Graduate Certificate in CSR Leadership, a specialised programme for developing professionals capable of designing, leading and governing impactful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability initiatives.
