CCMT Counselling 2025: Last Date for SAF Submission and Document Uploading, Willingness Extended

In a major relief to candidates, the Centralised Counselling for M.Tech./M.Arch./M.Plan. (CCMT) 2025 authorities have extended the last date for payment of seat acceptance fee, document uploading, specifying willingness (freeze/float/slide) and withdrawal to June 16 (11:30 pm). Read below for more.
NIT Warangal has extended the deadline to submit the CCMT payment of acceptance fees, document uploading, specifying willingness (freeze/float/slide) and withdrawal till June 16, 2025 (11:30 pm). This extension applies to candidates allotted seats in Round 1 of CCMT 2025 counselling. Earlier, the deadline was June 14, but due to multiple requests and login delays reported by applicants, the extension was announced to June 16 (11:30 pm).

Candidates can check the CCMT 2025 Round 1 seat allotment result list on the official website and the CCMT Login. The steps to check the seat allotment result are -
- Visit the official website of CCMT - ccmt.admissions.nic.in
- Click on the Round I seat allotment result option available on the homepage
- Enter the login credentials - GATE registration ID, password, security pin, and submit.
- Check and save the seat allotment result.

The GATE opening and closing rank during the counselling determines the following -
- The GATE opening rank determines the highest rank of the candidates required to get admission to a particular programme and category during the counselling.
- On the other hand, the GATE closing rank is determined as the lowest rank in GATE for the candidate to be admitted to a specific programme and category during the counselling.

There are two types of GATE counselling that offer admission to M.Tech courses and programmes -
- COAP - it is a portal through which that offers M.Tech admission at IITs and IISc Bangalore
- CCMT - is a portal through which candidates have to register for M.Tech admission at NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs.
