CCMT 2025 Dates: Check Counselling Registration, Seat Allotment Dates, and more

CCMT registration is now completed. The last date to choice fill was May 14, 2025. The mode of CCMT application form was online. Candidates willing to participate in counselling for NITs and IIITs had to register and submit their colleges and choice preferences. However, meeting the eligibilty criteria is equally important. Applicants had to register themselves during the givn time period by providing GATE credentials. Once the registration was completed, students had to pay a fee (non-refundable) using any accepted payment modes, such as netbanking, credit card, debit card, etc. The CCMT counselling registration was done separately for each round.

The CCMT seat allotment round was released for each phase separately. The CCMT seat allotment date for rounds 1, 2, and 3 has been updated on the website. Candidates who have registered, filled choices, and paid registration fee were eligible to check CCMT seat allotment result using their login credentials.

CCMT special round was conducted for leftover seats in particular institute for few branches. The list and seat intake details were updated on website. Candidates were required to ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility/course-specific requirements before filling and applying for the CCMT qualifying during choice filling. Candidates will be solely responsible for checking these special eligibility requirements. CCMT will not entertain any claims arising from its failure to comply with these special eligibility criteria. The GATE CCMT dates for special rounds have been updated on the website.
