B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering, B.Tech. in Civil Engineering and B.Tech. in Printing and Packaging Technology have got recognition.

All the four programmes available under School of Engineering and Technology at Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh have been recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi for the session 2022-23.

Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice-Chancellor said that this recognition will prove useful for the students. He said that the engineering courses started in the University from the year 2016 have been again recognized by AICTE for all the four engineering courses for the academic session 2022-23.

The Vice Chancellor expressed happiness after this approval of AICTE and said that the University is moving in the direction of developing necessary resources for conducting all these technical courses. We have the necessary state-of-the-art laboratories along with experienced faculty members. The Vice Chancellor said that all the four courses available in the School of Engineering and Technology have also been re-accredited by the AICTE under the core standards set for engineering, which proves that we are constantly striving for the benefit of the students.

Dr. Phool Singh, Dean, School of Engineering and Technology said that according to the letter received from AICTE, B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering, B.Tech. in Civil Engineering and B.Tech. in Printing and Packaging Technology have got recognition. Dr. Singh said that 60-60 seats are recognized by AICTE for all the B.Tech. courses in Engineering. He said that with this recognition, students will get the opportunity to study in courses prepared according to the prescribed standards and employment options will also increase.
