KEA has commenced the DCET 2025 counselling for round 3 with option entry. Those who seek admission through this final round of counselling for DCET 2025 must check the DCET counselling schedule given here and complete the option entry for their desired college and stream.
The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has commenced the DCET 2025 option entry for round 3 on August 11. The DCET round 3 option entry link has been activated on the website, cetonline.karntaka.gov.in/kea/dcet2025. Candidates require their CET number and password to fill in their choices for allotment. The last date for round 3 DCET option entry 2025 is August 16.
To participate in the DCET 2025 counselling for round 3, candidates have to complete the document verification and pay the caution fee. Participants of the DCET 2025 counselling for round 3 are advised to pay the fee only after the document verification. The document verification for all the remaining candidates will be held on August 12.
Steps for the DCET 2025 Option Entry
- Visit the website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/dcet2025
- Click on the DCET round 3 option entry link
- Log in using your CET number and password
- Once logged in, fill in your choices in the order of preference
- Save the choices
The caution deposit is Rs 40,000 for general candidates, while it is Rs 10,000 for SC/ST candidates. Students will not be considered for round 3 DCET counselling if the caution fee is not paid. If a seat is allotted in the third round, the caution deposit paid by the candidate will be adjusted against the fee. If a candidate fails to pay the prescribed fee after being allotted a seat in the third round, or does not get admission in the college, or wishes to cancel, the caution fee paid by the candidate will be forfeited.
