GATE 2024 Exam: The Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore will be conducting the last branch-wise Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) exam for EE and EC today. As per dates announced earlier, GATE exam is being conducted on February 3, 4, 10, and 11, 2024. As per the GATE 2024 dates, the entrance exam will be held in two sessions: morning and afternoon sessions. Those willing to get admission to post-graduate courses offered by IITs, NITs, IIITs, and other renowned institutes across the nation are appearing for GATE 2024.

GATE 2024 Exam Guidelines 

Those appearing for the entrance exam must check below GATE exam day guidelines: 

• Candidates must carry a printed copy of the GATE admit card to appear for the entrance exam
• They also have to carry their Photo ID card, as mentioned on their application form 
• In case the quality of the photograph on the identification document is poor, they must bring an additional recent valid photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport and Voter ID)
• To facilitate identity verification by the exam centre personnel, they must report to the centre at least 90 minutes before the commencement of the exam
• They will not be allowed to log in 30 minutes after the exam starts
