GATE 2025 Application Form Correction Closes Tomorrow: Check Dates, Fees, and More
IIT Roorkee will close the GATE 2025 form correction facility TOMORROW (Nov 10, 2024) for all registered applicants. Read below to know more about the GATE rectification process, fees, and dates.
GATE 2025 Application Form Correction: IIT Roorkee opened the GATE 2025 form application correction facility on October 31, 2024, at the GOAPS portal. The last date to submit the modifications was November 6, 2024, which was later extended to November 10, 2024. Candidates who have applied for the GATE 2025 exam can visit the portal and make the necessary changes.
To make changes and modifications to the GATE 2025 application form, candidates must log in using their credentials and make the required changes by paying the requisite fee for particulars. The GATE 2025 examination is scheduled to take place on Feb 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025, for 30 test papers. The details, once submitted, cannot be changed further. GATE 2025 Payment Modes
- The accepted payment modes include credit card/debit card/internet banking/UPI/Wallet.
- The application processing charges for various payment modes are different.
- GST or other taxes will also be charged.
Candidates are requested to provide the details correctly. The GATE 2025 admit card will be issued on January 2, 2025.
The GATE 2026 registration started on August 28 (revised). The registration link is available and is activated on the GOAPS 2026 portal. The GATE 2026 official website is launched. The GATE 2026 official notification and information brochure has been released.

Here are some major documents that will be required for GATE 2026 registration process -
- Recent passport-sized photographs
- Scanned signature (as per the specifications)
- Updated valid ID, such as Aadhar card, PAN Card, Driving License, voter ID, etc.
- Category certificate (if applicable).
The GATE 2026 registration is now ongoing at gate2026.iitg.ac.in. Candidates can fill out the application form till September 28 (without late fees). The last date to submit the GATE 2026 application form with late fees is October 9.
Candidates must note that the GATE application form will be made available at the GOAPS portal only. The portal link is now activated.
