IIT Madras have started GATE exam form-fill up process on GOAPS portal. Candidates who want to apply for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering must link their DigiLocker for registration. However, for foreign applicants, GATE registration 2027 through DigiLocker is not required. Candidates who have submit their GATE 2027 form can now check their application status on GOAPS at gate2027.iitm.ac.in.

• Visit GATE 2027 official website: gate2027.iitm.ac.in
• Go to GOAPS and login using enrolment ID and password
• Once the form is submitted, the status will be mentioned in the login.

How to fill GATE Application Form

Candidates can fill GATE 2027 form online only. The steps to apply can be checked below:

• To register and apply for GATE 2027, candidates have to create or update their DigiLocker login account. 

• Once the registration is complete, candidates have to login to GOAPS and provide facial registration. 

• Candidates have to enter their personal, academic, and communication details in GATE exam form 

• Pay application fee and submit form

• Download confirmation PDF and save

Candidates can submit their GATE application form 2027 in two timelines: with regular fees and with late fees. The last date with regular fees is September 27, 2026, and October 5, with late fees.
