GATE 2025 Application Form To Be Released Tomorrow

 The GATE 2025 application form will be released TOMORROW, i.e., August 28, 2024, at the GOAPS portal. The GATE online exam will be conducted in two sessions on Feb 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025. Read here to learn more about the GATE 2025 registrations, fees, application process, etc.

IIT Roorkee is all set to start the GATE exam application process on August 28, 2024. The conducting authorities postponed the GATE application dates to August 24, 2024, and rescheduled them to August 28, 2024. Interested candidates can apply once the GATE GOAPS portal is activated. 

The GOAPS portal at gate2025.iitr.ac.in will be activated once the application is released. The last date to submit the GATE online form is September 26, 2024 (with any late fees) and October 7, 2024 (with late fee charges). 

GATE 2025 Application Mode

IIT Roorkee offers GATE 2025 registrations online. Candidates must visit the GOAPS portal to fill out the application form. 

How to Apply for GATE at GOAPS Portal?

The step-by-step process to apply for the GATE application form is as follows -

• Visit the official website of GATE- gate2025.iitr.ac.in
• Click on the application link and apply for registration
• Once the registration is complete, you will receive an enrollment ID and password
• Log in using the credentials and fill out the details, such as personal and exam details
• Upload the documents and certificates required
• Pay the GATE application fee and submit the form

GATE 2025 Application Fees 

The GATE application fee is different for general and category applicants. Check here to know about the GATE online registration fees- 

• For female/SC/ST/PwD category candidates, the application fee during the regular period is INR 900, and for an extended period, it is INR 2300/-

Candidates can pay the application fee for GATE 2025 through net banking, credit/debit card, or UPI. 

GATE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who have completed a bachelor’s or currently studying in the 3rd year or higher years of any undergraduate program from a government-recognised institute in engineering/science/technology/architecture, etc., are eligible for GATE 2025 admission. 

Candidates are advised to complete the GATE registrations within the due date offered by the GATE authorities. The GATE 2025 application form correction will be available on November 6, 2024, where candidates can make specific changes by paying a certain fee.
