GATE COAP 2020 round-3 offers released; Candidates to confirm by today

COAP 2020 Counselling: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras has released the round-3 seat allotment results for GATE 2020 COAP counselling. Registered candidates are required to login to the official website (coap.iitma.c.in) to check the seat allotment offers.

All candidates who allotted seats in COAP 2020 round-3 have to confirm their acceptance by June 25 (11:55 PM), failing which the allotted seat will automatically get cancelled.

Candidates, after confirmation of their seats, will have to download the provisional seat allotment letter and visit the official website of the institute. On the institute’s official website, candidates are also required to pay the fees and upload all the necessary documents.

There will be a total of five main seat allotment rounds for COAP 2020 followed by four special rounds, Round A, B, C and D. The initial three rounds have been completed and the result for the fourth main round will be announced on July 1 and final main round on July 8. The additional round seat allotment will commence from July 15.

Common Offer Acceptance Portal commonly known as COAP is the centralised seat allotment platform for all IITs. Students must keep in mind that COAP is for seat allotment only but not for the admission to any institute. Students have to individually apply to the IIT of their choice for admission. The institute follows its selection process and publishes the acceptance status in the COAP portal.
