Gujarat PGCET 2025: The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) has released the subject-wise exam dates for the Gujarat Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2025. According to the notification, the Gujarat PGCET 2025 is scheduled to be conducted over two days: July 5 and 6, 2025. ACPC has informed that details regarding the download of Gujarat PGCET 2025 admit cards announced soon on the official website: acpc.gujarat.gov.in/me-mtech-courses.
Candidates who have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in their qualifying BE or BTech degree are eligible for the entrance exam. Gujarat PGCET is conducted for admissions into postgraduate programmes including ME, MTech, MPlan, and MPharm for the academic year 2025β26.

Gujarat PGCET 2025 Exam Pattern
As per the prescribed Gujarat PGCET 2025 exam pattern, the question paper will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions, with each question carrying one mark, making it a total of 100 marks. The total duration of the Gujarat PGCET exam will be 100 minutes. Earlier, the committee had already published the Gujarat PGCET 2025 syllabus, covering 17 distinct disciplines across engineering, planning, and pharmacy streams.
Mandatory for Non-GATE/Non-GPAT Candidates
It is mandatory for all candidates who are not qualified through the national-level Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) or Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT), including those applying under the sponsored category, to appear for the Gujarat PGCET 2025. The scores obtained in the entrance test will be utilised to fill the remaining vacant seats in postgraduate programmes in engineering, planning, and pharmacy across institutions in Gujarat.
