IIIT Hyderabad announces research fellowship for technical professionals
The fellowship is for those with over one year of technical experience. The last date to apply for the fellowship is January 4, 2022.
The International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Hyderabad has announced one-year research translation fellowship for working professionals. Through the programme, fellows will get a chance to work with research groups and professors. The last date to apply for the fellowship is January 4, 2022.
The fellows will work with the research translation centres such as Applied AI centre/INAI, Product Labs, Smart Cities Living Lab and Raj Reddy Centre for Technology and Society at the institute. They will also be given stipend.
Selected working professionals will work with professors in areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, robotics and other emerging technologies, the institute said in a release.
It said products and solutions built may be in domains such as healthcare monitoring, medical diagnostic algorithms, genomics, autonomous vehicles, safety solutions, education tech AI, speech and language solutions for business, smart city device and AI analytics, social sector solutions in education and healthcare. The fellows will be part of a team to build one of these soluions in the year.
