IIT Indore: Apply for spot round of M.Tech. admissions by July 20

IIT Indore invited applications for the spot round of admission to M.Tech. programs from GATE qualified candidates. The last date to apply is July 20, 2023.

IIT Indore invited applications for the spot round of admission to M.Tech. programs from GATE qualified candidates. The spot round of admission is scheduled on July 26, 2023. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by July 20, 2023.

Based on the applications received, the names of the shortlisted eligible candidates to participate in the spot round of admission candidates will be displayed on the institute’s website. 

Who can apply for IIT Indore M.Tech. Spot Round

As per the official notification, following candidates can apply for the spot round:

• Candidates who were initially shortlisted but did not get an offer of a seat through COAP until the end of round 10.
• (Fresh set of candidates, who did not apply initially to IIT Indore but wish to apply now or Candidates who did not participate in this COAP rounds at all.

However, those candidates who have accepted their offer through COAP at IIT Indore or other participating institutes are NOT eligible for the SPOT round admission in the M. Tech. programs.

Documents needed for IIT Indore M.Tech. Spot Round

The candidates must upload the scanned copy of the following documents in a JPG, JPEG, or PNG file:

a. 10th, and 12th marksheet and certificates

b. Qualifying degree marksheet and certificates

c. Nationality Certificate (Adhaar card)

d. Category certificates (OBC/EWS/SC/ST/PwD)

e. Valid Gate Scorecard

f. Declaration form (non-acceptance of the offer through the COAP portal)
