IIT Madras and KPIT Team Up to Launch MTech Programs for Employees

KPIT Technologies has joined hands with IIT Madras to introduce specialised MTech programs exclusively for its employees. These tailored programs are designed to meet the needs of working professionals, combining academic expertise from IIT Madras faculty with insights from industry leaders to ensure practical relevance and real-world application. KPIT employees will gain valuable expertise through courses designed to develop critical and emerging skills in the automotive sector, including Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Advanced Digital & Image Processing.

Who are eligible for MTech Programs?

KPIT employees with a BTech degree and a minimum of two years of experience are eligible to apply for the program. The first batch of selected professionals has already embarked on their learning journey. Upon successful completion, participants will be considered for job rotations, allowing them to apply their newly gained skills. The program will be available for new applicants every year.

Online MTech Programs

The programs will be offered entirely online, allowing employees to effectively manage their professional responsibilities alongside their academic pursuits. Each program was thoughtfully curated following a comprehensive review to ensure it aligns with KPIT's strategic business goals.
