IIT Patna & IIIT Ranchi Joint Master’s Programme for Autumn 2026-27 is now open for Batch 3. Through this programme, students are offered full-time MTech degree in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. Online registrations are open for Batch 3. “No GATE scores are required for admission.”

IIIT Ranchi and IIT Patna Joint MTech Course Eligibility Criteria

The course duration is two years. Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• BTech degree from a recognised university and degree in CSE, IT, Electronics and other related disciplines. 

• Relaxation of 2.5% marks per year for working professionals subject to minimum marks of 50% in UG level and maximum relaxation of 10% marks.
