The NTA has issued a notification regarding the revised JEE Main 2025 session 2 exam dates for certain students facing Class 12 Board Exam overlap. Read below to know more.
The NTA has released an official notification regarding the change in the date of the JEE Main 2025 session 2 examination due to the Class 12 board exam clash. The authorities have issued revised JEE Mains 2025 session 2 exam dates for certain candidates.
The conducting authority has stated that they have received representations from a few candidates showing concern about their exam date overlapping with the JEE Main session 2 exam. For such candidates, NTA has revised the exam dates so that they can write their board exams and the JEE Main exam. Candidates can download their revised JEE Mains session 2 exam date using their login credentials from the JEE Mains website—jeemain.nta.nic.in, effective March 28. For others, the NTA JEE Mains 2025 session 2 exam dates remain unchanged, which is as follows -

If any candidate whose JEE Main exam session 2 date is conciding with the class 12 board exam has been left out are requested to inform NTA through his/her registered email ID at jeemain@nta.nic.in along with the copy of the admit card issued by the representative examination board for class 12 examination and JEE Main 2025 session 2 exam city intimation slip by March 29 (5:00 pm). The JEE Mains 2025 session 2 admit card release date is March 29.

NTA has announced the JEE Main 2026 exam date for Session 2. JEE Main 2026 Session 2 exam will be held from 2nd April 2026 to 9th April 2026. The JEE Main Application Form 2026 for Session 2 will be available on the website.

To download the JEE Mains exam city intimation slip, candidates need to login on the website using their application number and date of birth. The exam city slip will have details of city in which the test centre of candidate is located and the date of exam. The JEE Mains exam city slip 2025 session 1 was released on January 10.
