NTA will issue the JEE Main session 2 city slip in the second week of March 2026. Based on last year's trends, the most likely date for the release of the NTA JEE session 2 city intimation slip is March 20. The city slips will be issued to all registered candidates at jeemain.nta.nic.in under the individual logins.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be announcing the exact JEE Mains session 2 exam date soon. Currently, NTA has notified that the JEE Mains April attempt exam will be held between April 2 and 9. The exact dates of the exam will be notified, and each registered candidate will be able to check their allotted exam date through the city intimation slip. Know more details below.

NTA will issue the JEE Main session 2 city slip in the second week of March 2026. Based on last year's trends, the most likely date for the release of the NTA JEE session 2 city intimation slip is March 20. The city slips will be issued to all registered candidates at jeemain.nta.nic.in under the individual logins. Candidates have to log in to doenload the city slip using their application number and password.

JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Exam Date

As per the official notification of NTA, the session 2 exam will be conducted between April 2 and 9. NTA will notify the exact exam dates on which the exam will be held, with or before the release of the city slip. Last year, the second attempt of the JEE Main was held from April 2 to April 9, 2025. The BE/BTech (Paper 1) exams were held on April 2, 3, 4, 7, and 8, while the BArch/BPlan (Paper 2) exams were scheduled for April 9.

On the city slip that will be issued by NTA, candidates will be able to check their allotted exam date and city. Candidates have to use these two important details to arrange their travel and accommodation for the JEE Mains exam day in advance if needed.

Note that the shift time and the exam centre name and address will not be available on the city slip. These details will be available via the admit card that will be available 3 to 4 days before the respective allotted JEE Main exam dates.
