JEE Main 2026 Registration Session 1 Closes Tomorrow; Apply Now
The application deadline for JEE Main 2026 session 1 is tomorrow, November 27. Candidates who are yet to fill the JEE Main application form 2026 can apply from the website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
The NTA is accepting applications for JEE Main 2026 session 1 exam online. Candidates who are interested to appear in the session 1 Joint Entrance Examination (Main) can fill the application form from the website jeemain.nta.nic.in. The last date of JEE Mains registration 2026 is November 27. NTA has clearly specified that there will be no extension in JEE Mains 2026 registration last date session 1.
Candidates filling the application form must check the eligibility criteria and ensure they fulfill all the conditions, failing which their candidature could be cancelled. The complete JEE Main eligibility criteria has been announced by the NTA and can be checked in the official website.
Aspirants applying for the exam must be ready with documents required for JEE Mains registration before they fill the form. As there is a lot new processes involved in the JEE Main 2026 registration this year, candidates must also ensure their Aadhaar is updated with correct information and they fill the form through laptop/desktop having webcam support.
How to Fill JEE Main 2026 Application Form?
The application procedure consists of three stages namely registration, filling application form & uploading documents and payment of application fees. Candidates have to first register by opening the JEE Main official website, following which they will need to fill complete application form and upload the required documents. The last stage is payment of JEE Mains registration fee. Once the application form is filled, candidates must use JEE Mains 2026 login to check their application status.
NTA will open JEE Main correction window 2026 on December 1 to facilitate candidates rectify the mistakes, if any in their application form. The last date to make corrections is December 2, 2025.
JEE Main 2026 Exam Dates
The first session of JEE Main exam 2026 session 1 will be held from January 21 to 30 whereas the second session will be conducted between April 2 to 9. Candidates who registers for the exam will be issued admit cards to appear in the exam.

No, JEE Main application form can only be filled online. The application form of JEE Main is released only in online mode on the website jeemain.nta.ac.in. There is no option of filling the application form in offline mode. Candidates who do not have a laptop/personal computer can visit the computer centre/common service centres to fill the application form. While filling the JEE Main 2026 application form, candidates will also have to upload scanned image of their photo and signature. Candidates belonging to reserved category (Gen-EWS/SC/ST/OBC-NCL) also need to upload the category certificate.

No, candidates are not required to send the prinout of JEE Main application form 2026 to the NTA office. Candidates have to fill and submit the application form online only. However, it is advised that candidates download, take a printout of their filled application form and keept it safe until the completion of admission process. JEE Main 2026 application form copy might be required at the time of counselling/admission process in the institute.
