The final date to fill out and submit the online application form is November 12, 2025. After the final date, the authorities will not accept the Phase 1 application form of KLEEE 2026. Candidates can follow the given steps to access the KLEEE application form 2026.

- Click on the application form link.
- Candidates will have to register using their basic details.
- Next, the application form has to be filled out with their personal, academic and contact details. The preferred exam city also has to be selected.
- The scanned passport-sized photograph and signature has to be uploaded.

After filling out KLEEE application form, candidates will pay application fee. For all candidates, irrespective of their category, application fee of KLEEE is INR 1,000. Fee payment has to be done before the final date online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted. If the candidates fail to make the payment, then the application form will not be accepted by the authorities.
