MNIT Jaipur to organise workshop on 'Trends in Analysis and Topology'

The Department of Mathematics, MNIT Jaipur, is going to organize a five-day international online workshop on "Trends in Analysis and Topology" from September 8 to September 12, 2022.

The Department of Mathematics at Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) Jaipur is going to organise a five-day international online workshop on "Trends in Analysis and Topology" from September 8 to September 12, 2022.

MNIT Jaipur tweeted, "The Department of Mathematics, MNIT Jaipur, is going to organize a five-day international online workshop on "Trends in Analysis and Topology". The workshop aims to benefit graduate students, researchers, and faculty members with a keen interest in the areas related to analysis."

The workshop will cover topics related to fixed point theory, operator theory, Sobolev spaces, measure theory, hyperspace and function space topologies, topological dynamics etc. E certificates will be provided to the participants having a minimum of 80% attendance.

Registration and other details

Non-refundable registration fee of INR 500 is for PG students, INR 1000 for research scholars and faculty and USD 20 for international participants. The deadline to register for the workshop is September 5, 2022.

The objective of the workshop is to motivate young participants for higher studies in Analysis and Topology and to develop the ability of creative and critical thinking in these areas. Moreover, the workshop aims to provide a strong foundation of fundamental concepts that will help in the pursuit of advanced research in these fields. The participants will get necessary exposure to the current trends in this field.
