Prime Minister Inaugurates Multiple Educational Institutions Across India Including IITs, IIMs, and IIS

To enhance and expand the educational and skill development landscape nationwide, the Prime Minister has inauguarated and initiated the groundwork for numerous projects, collectively valued at approximately Rs 13,375 crores. The nation now benefits from the Prime Minister's dedication of the new permanent campuses for IIT Bhilai, IIT Tirupati, IISER Tirupati, and IIITDM Kurnool; alongside the academic and residential complex at IIT Patna and IIT Ropar. 

Moreover, two Central Sanskrit University campuses have been established in Devprayag (Uttarakhand) and Agartala (Tripura). Further enriching the nation's educational infrastructure, the Prime Minister unveiled the permanent campuses for IIM Visakhapatnam, IIM Jammu, and IIM Bodh Gaya. Additionally, the inauguration of the Indian Institute of Skills (IIS) in Kanpur marks the beginning of a leading institute for advanced technology skill training. 

The Prime Minister has also inaugurated enhanced facilities, including hostels, academic blocks, administrative buildings, libraries, auditoriums, and more, across a range of higher educational institutions nationwide. These improvements have been made at institutions such as IIT Jammu, NIT Delhi, IIT Kharagpur, NIT Durgapur, IISER Behrampur, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, IIIT Lucknow, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, and the Central University of Kerala in Kasaragod, among others. 

He has also initiated the groundwork for a series of infrastructure enhancement projects across multiple higher education institutions in the country. These initiatives include the development of the permanent campuses for Sindhu Central University and IIIT Raichur; the construction of academic buildings, hostels, faculty residences, and more at IIT Bombay; the building of hostel and staff quarters at IIT Gandhinagar; and the establishment of a girls' hostel at BHU, among other projects.
