REAP Counselling 2025: The Centre for Electronic Governance (CEG) will be closing the REAP 2025 counselling registration window tomorrow, July 2. Candidates interested in BE/BTech and BArch admission in Rajasthan have must complete REAP counselling registration 2025 online by visiting the official website: reap2025.com/. Based on the candidatesโ€™ JEE Main 2025 ranks and Class 12 marks, while the B.Arch merit list will consider scores from either JEE Main 2025 Paper 2A or NATA 2025.

As per the schedule, the tentative REAP counselling merit list will be issued on July 4. REAP counselling 2025 process will include seat allotment, applying for upward movement and reporting for admission at the allotted institute. REAP 2025 counselling is being held for admissions to first-year B.E./B.Tech and B.Arch programs that are offered by various government and private institutions across Rajasthan.

REAP 2025 Counselling Registration For Round 1

Before completing the REAP counselling registration, candidates must have a valid and permanent mobile number and email ID. They cannot change the registered mobile number or email ID during the counselling/admission process.

Step 1: Pay the application cum registration fee.

Step 2: Fill the online application form, upload the required documents, and complete the college choice form.

Step 3: Check the confirmation email after submission.

Step 4: Take printouts of the final submitted application and choice form.

To be considered for seat allotment through REAP 2025 counselling, they must complete the registration process, fill in their preferred college choices, and pay the required registration fee. Only registered candidates will be included in the REAP merit list, prepared separately for each category. Those whose names appear on the REAP merit list must lock their choices of courses and institutes within the specified deadline to be eligible for seat allocation.

REAP Counselling 2025

The online REAP 2025 counselling will be conducted in eight rounds. REAP counselling rounds 1 to 3 are exclusively reserved for candidates under the Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFWS). Round 4 will cater to candidates from outside Rajasthan, as well as Kashmiri Migrants (KM), persons with special abilities, and dependents of ex-servicemen with Rajasthan domicile. Rounds 6 and 7 will be dedicated to Rajasthan state candidates, while Round 8 will be held at the institute level to fill any remaining vacant seats.

Q: ย  Can I participate in JEE Main counselling next round if I do not accept the seat allotted to me in previous rounds?

The process of JEE Main counselling and seat allotment consists of several processes. Once a seat is allotted to a candidate, he/she has the option of Accept and Freeze, Accept and Float and Slide. If a candidate is satisfied with the allotted seat and selects the first option, he/she cannot participate in the next round counselling. If the candidate is not satisfied with the allotted seat, he/she can select the second or third option through which he/she can participate in the next round counselling with the current seat.

Q: ย  Do I need to pay any fees once seat is allotted in JEE Main counselling?
A:
Candidates will need to pay a certain amount of fees once the provisional seat allotment is made. The details of fees to be paid will be mentioned in the provisional seat allotment letter. Once the candidates pay the required fees, the seat allotted to the candidate will be confirmed and final allotment letter will be issued. The amount of fees will vary for various category of candidates.

The round-wise cutoff ranks for JEE Main counselling can be checked on the JoSAA portal at jossa. Nic. In. The Joint Seat Allocation Authority is the organizing body of JEE Main counselling. The cutoff for each round for all the participating institutes and branch/specializations are made available on the JoSAA portal. Candidates can also check JEE Main cutoff for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs on the Shiksha page.
