SRMJEEE 2023 Counselling Phase 1: Round 1 Choice Filling Ends Today

SRMIST has started the SRMJEEE 2023 phase 1 counselling process. The choice filling for the phase 1 round 1 counselling will end today at 11 pm. The phase 1 program allocation and payment of fees can be done from May 5 to 10, 2023. For more details, read below.

SRMJEEE 2023 Counselling Phase 1: Round 1 Choice Filling Ends Today

SRMJEEE 2023 phase 1 counselling is going on. The round 1 counselling choice-filling process will end today (May 1) at 11 pm. The counselling process is completely online. In the choice-filling process, candidates have to enter their preferred choice of programme and SRM campus. The Students will be allotted the choice of campus, programme and specialization based on the admission criteria such as SRM Joint Entrance Examination Rank, Qualifying Examination, etc. Candidates have to accept the allotment and then proceed with the payment of counselling fees.

Upon acceptance of SRMJEEE 2023 seat allotment, the student will have to pay INR 1,10,000 which includes one-time non-refundable and non-transferrable registration fee of INR 10,000 and the counselling fee of INR 1,00,000 (part of tuition fee). Failure to pay the counselling fee within the stipulated time will lead to the cancellation of the allotment. The payment of the fee has to be done online only via the net banking facility (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS).

How to Do SRMJEEE 2023 Choice Filing for Phase 1 Counselling?

The steps to fill the choices in SRMJEEE phase 1 counselling are as follows:

Step 1: The candidate has to login to the application portal through the link: https://applications.srmist.edu.in/btech

Step 2: Now the candidates have to click on the link for “Admission Portal” under their respective logins

Step 3: Candidates have to download the rank card and then proceed to enter the programme and campus preferences.

Step 4: Submit the preferences. 

Step 5: Check the allotment and if satisfied with the allotments candidates can proceed to pay the programme fee.

1. BTech Counseling call letter
2. SRMJEE 2023 Rank card
3. Admit Card/Hall ticket of the 2 board examination
4. Mark sheet of Class 10th as proof of date of birth
5. Mark sheet of Class 12th or its equivalent (if results are announced)
6. Photo ID proof (PAN, Aadhar, Passport) – Original for verification and return and Photocopy
7. Cancelled cheque leaf with the name of the Candidate/Parent/Grand Parent printed.
8. Receipt(s) for payment made through E-Pay facility or Demand Draft

SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination or SRMJEEE is conducted by SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) for admission to BTech programmes offered by the institute. SRMJEEE is a national exam that acts as a common entrance examination for all SRM Group institutes and universities located at Kattankulathur, Ramapuram, NCR – Ghaziabad, Ramapuram Part – Vadapalani, Amravati, Haryana, and Sikkim.
