The University of Petroleum and Energy Studies has announced the UPESEAT 2026 exam date on the official website, upes.ac.in. The UPESEAT exam will be held from January 22 to 24, 2026. Aspirants of the exam must apply for the exam before the last date. The UPESEAT registration 2026 will conclude on January 20. Students must complete their application and pay the required fee by this date to be eligible to sit for the exam. Registered candidates will be shared the login ID and passkey to take the exam.

Candidates will be able to book their slots for the exam. The authorities will share the UPESEAT slot booking details soon. The university conducts the UPESEAT exam in a computer-based mode and results will be followed by counselling and seat allotment rounds for successful candidates. UPES offers multiple pathways for admission, including UPESEAT, JEE Main scores, board merit, and other accepted tests.

The UPESEAT question paper will have 125 questions each for 1 mark. Candidates have to attempt the paper in 2 hours, there is also no negative marking in the UPESEAT exam.
