Fake News Alert: A social media post, claiming that the Central Government will be providing Rs 11,000 to students for payment of their school fees amid the ongoing pandemic situation is going viral all over the internet. According to the media reports, the post states that a decision is taken by the Central Government according to which as many students are unable to pay their school and college fees due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the government has decided to pay their fees by giving them Rs 11,000.

The official bureau further added, “This website is fake. No such announcement has been made by the Central Government.”
