Indian School of Hospitality Opens Applications for Summer Experience 2025

Explore Hospitality and Culinary Arts Through Interactive Workshops, Business Challenges, and Social Events

The Indian School of Hospitality (ISH), Gurugram has opened admissions for its Summer Experience 2025, a short-term immersive program designed for students aged 12 to 18. Spread across three batches in May and June 2025, the program offers hands-on exposure to the worlds of hospitality and culinary arts through engaging workshops, real-world simulations, and expert-led sessions.

A part of Sommet Education’s global network—with 18 campuses in eight countries—ISH is known for its innovative approach to liberal hospitality education. The institution collaborates with world-renowned brands like École Ducasse for culinary arts and Les Roches for hospitality management.

What to Expect

Held on ISH’s Gurugram campus, the program introduces participants to the ‘ISH Way of Life’ through:

Culinary workshops and hospitality adventures

Fun business challenges and team-building exercises

Themed events like the Food Truck Challenge, Sustainability Bazaar, and Mad Scientist Workshop

Evening social activities and a grand Summer Experience Theme Party

All sessions are conducted in English by experienced chefs and hospitality faculty.

Dates & Structure

The program will be offered in three batches:

Batch 1: May 20 – May 24, 2025

Batch 2: May 27 – May 31, 2025

Batch 3: June 10 – June 14, 2025

Admission & Fee Details

Age Group: 12–18 years

Programme Fee: ₹50,000 + 18% GST

Application Fee: ₹1,500

Accommodation: Luxury stay at Hyatt Regency Gurugram (twin-sharing)

Meals & Transport: All meals included; daily shuttle for campus and city visits
