Delhi University 2020 Admission Process

The Delhi University has been sending shortlisted candidates emails and messages (SMS) to remind them of complete the admission process for the Postgraduate (PG) courses as the last date to complete the formalities is till December 14, 2020. Students were required to provide additional information for admission to PG programmes and were to fill in the ‘Employment Details of Parents’ in the menu. Earlier, Delhi University released a notice reminding students to update their results on the PG admissions portal as the varsity had released the results for all Undergraduate (UG) programmes offered.

Candidates were to update their results latest by December 8, 2020. The varsity has released a third spot lists for admission to UG courses offered through the Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET).

 The third spot lists for UG courses offered through DUET are BTech in Information Technology and Mathematical Innovations (IT & MI) and BA (Hons) in Humanities and Social Sciences. The third spot lists for other courses offered through DUET will be released if there is any vacancy in seats left.

The Delhi University also released a fourth admission list for MSc Genetics and a total of four students have been shortlisted. The candidates who have made the list are advised to complete the admission details by visiting the DU PG admissions portal, uploading their documents, marks and pay the admission fee to complete the admission process and secure a seat in the programme.

It is expected that Delhi University will release more admission lists for PG courses as there are still seats to be filled. Through DUET, candidates will be selected according to the cut-off marks secured in the national –level entrance examination.
