DU's Miranda House and the Hindu College have bagged the first and the second spot respectively, in the category of Colleges. Prof. Yogesh Singh, Vice Chancellor of the University congratulated all the stakeholders for this achievement and said that it is the result of teamwork and hard work.

DU's Miranda House and the Hindu College have bagged the first and the second spot respectively, in the category of Colleges.

In the list of National Institutional Ranking Framework 2023 released by the Union Ministry of Education, the University of Delhi has moved up two spots this time as compared to last year.

This time DU has secured the 11th position in the university list, whereas last year it was in 13th position. Along with this, DU's Miranda House and the Hindu College have bagged the first and the second spot respectively, in the category of Colleges.

The other colleges among the top 10 from DU are, Atma Ram Sanatan Dharm College, Lady Shri Ram College for Women Delhi and Kirori Mal College.
Prof. Yogesh Singh, Vice Chancellor of the University congratulated all the stakeholders for this achievement and said that it is the result of teamwork and hard work.

Giving more information, the Vice-Chancellor said that in the list of top 15 colleges of the country in NIRF 2023, 9 colleges are from the University of Delhi. He said that this time DU has been ranked 22nd in the overall ranking, while last year it was in the 23rd position.

Congratulating all the stakeholders for these achievements, the Vice-Chancellor said that it is the result of the collective efforts of teachers, students, principals, staff and everyone associated with DU.

The Vice-Chancellor hoped that next year the University of Delhi and all its colleges would set records in all categories by giving even better results.
