Galgotias University Opens New Admin and Engineering Block with NTU Singapore to Meet Educational Needs
Galgotias University's inauguration of admin and engineering block aims to meet the growing demand for quality education and research facilities to fulfil students' modern education needs.
Galgotias University inaugurated an Administrative and Engineering block at the university with an aim to meet the demands of modern educational needs. The newly built admin and engineering block was inaugurated in the presence of delegates from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.
The Galgotias University's latest blocks are spread across 3,21,000 square feet with an investment in excess of INR 10 crore. The university aims to offer more space for students to conduct their research; ultimately aiming to improve the educational standards. The university considers infrastructural development not just an upgrade in their infrastructure but also an overhaul of teh educational experience.
University Plans to Transform Traditional Classroom
The state-of-the-art active learning centre will offer cutting-edge pedagogies and research opportunities to the students. With the help of its latest infrastructural development, the university will from a teacher-centric approach to a learner-centric model of education. The university further plans to transform traditional classrooms into interactive spaces with modern, flexible seating arrangements to promote teamwork and engagement.
The university aims to offer a curriculum in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) to emphasise more on practical learning rather than the traditional approach. This way, the university aims to redefine classroom learning.
Speaking about the event, Rahul Bahl, MD of Krishna Buildestates Private Limited, the organisation that undertook the project, shared his delight in their contribution to the development of the university. He showed his belief in the university's commitment to offering academic advancement to its students.
