Goa University Physical Counselling

Goa University will conduct physical counselling for admission to the postgraduate programme for the academic session 2025-26. Interested and eligible candidates will have to visit the university campus for physical counselling. The Goa University counselling 2025 for PG courses will be conducted on April 4 and 5, 2025, in offline mode. The counselling on April 4 and 5 will be a part of first round of admission counselling. 

“If a candidate is absent when her/his name is announced, the seat offered will be forfeited. If the candidate reaches late for the counselling session after her/his name is announced, the seat prevailing will be offered to her/him. The first seat will be offered to the first rank holder. If the candidate who is ranked first is not present when her/his name is announced, she/he will lose the chance to select the seat offered for that rank, and the second rank holder will be offered the seat,” the official notification states.

The university will release the Goa University merit list 2025 for PG admission on the official website. The authorities have specified that the Goa University merit list release date is April 14, 2025. Further, the authorities mentioned that the candidates have to be physically present during the counselling and no proxy of any candidate will be permitted, and no parents/ guardians will be permitted in the counselling hall under any circumstances.
