IGNOU Re-Registration 2026: Indira Gandhi National Open University has once again extended IGNOU January 2026 re-registration last date. This time, candidates must fill out IGNOU re-registration form 2026 by March 15, as no further extension will be provided to them. They also need to pay late fee of INR 200 when completing IGNOU re-registration process. 

Through IGNOU Jan re-registration 2026, they can apply for the upcoming semester. The Open University has extended IGNOU application deadline for all online distance learning and online mode programmes except for certificate and semester-based programmes. Earlier, deadline for IGNOU ODL registration was also extended till March 15, 2026.

How to Fill IGNOU Jan Re-Registration Form 2026?

Candidates can complete IGNOU re-registration form for Jan session by going through these steps 

• Go to official website onlinerr.ignou.ac.in
• Select IGNOU January re-registration option on homepage
• Log in using IGNOU user ID, password and security PIN
• Click login button
• Fill in re-registration form and choose course
• Pay IGNOU re-registration late fee 
• Save and submit form

To complete IGNOU re-registration form, candidates must pay INR 300 along with late fees for January 2026 session for all programmes offered in ODL and Online mode except for semester-based programmes.
