The IIMC Convocation 2025 will be conducted to honor the 2023-24 batch with diploma and excellence awards to 478 students from 9 courses. Additionally, 36 students will be honored with medals and cash recognition for their academic excellence.

IIMC Convocation 2025

The Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) will conduct its 56th Convocation ceremony on March 4, 2025. The convocation will celebrate the achievements of 478 students of 9 courses from the 2023-24 batch. During the event, students from IIMC New Delhi and its five regional campuses- Dhenkanal, Aizawl, Amravati, Kottayam, and Jammu will be awarded the Post Graduate Diploma Certificates. In addition to this, 36 students will be awarded medals and cash awards in recognition of their academic excellence.

The IIMC 56th convocation will be graced by the Chancellor of IIMC and Union Minister for Information & Broadcasting; Railways and Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India, Ashwini Vaishnaw. Further, numerous faculty members and guests will be present during the event to celebrate IIMC's achievement in media and communication education.

IIMC Convocation Dress Code 

The Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) has notified through an official notification regarding the dress code for the event. Students who are appearing for the IIMC 56th Convocation have to follow a dress code that includes white kurta and white pajama for male students, while female students can either wear white kurta with white salwar or they can wear a white sari to the event. Students are strictly advised to follow the dress code for the event otherwise, they might not be allowed to enter the convocation premises.

Yes, IIMC Delhi accept CUET-PG scores for admission to its PG Diploma and MA programmes. Candidates with a valid score in the entrance examination can apply for admission. The aspirants can go through the NTA official website to apply for the examination. It is a national-level examination, which is conducted in a computer-based mode.
