The JNUEE 2020 exam commences from today onwards and over 2 Lakh students are expected to appear for the national-level entrance exam.
The Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Exam (JNUEE) commences from today onwards (October 5), which will be conducted in two shifts i.e. morning shift and afternoon shift till October 8, 2020. The JNUEE 2020 exam will be conducted for all Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), MPhil and PhD courses which are offered at the Jawaharlal Nehru University. Candidates are required to follow the latest guidelines mentioned on the JNUEE admit card and are required to reach the allotted exam centre at least one hour before the exam is scheduled to be conducted.
Over two lakh candidates have applied for JNUEE and the JNUEE will be conducted for 101 streams. The national-level entrance exam will be conducted across 358 centres in 121 cities.
Candidates will be checked for their temperature through a thermometer gun and will be frisked through a non-touch metal detector. The candidates should also carry their JNUEE admit card, an official government authorized ID and should have the Arogya Setu application downloaded on their phone.

For the 2020-21 JNUEE test, there will be no negative marking and except for language papers, the medium of the question paper will be in English. Here are the exam pattern and highlights.

Once the JNUEE 2020 exams have been conducted, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the JNUEE answer keys one week later. The results are expected to be announced in the last week of October, 2020.
