The MAH BCA CET 2026 registration window will close today. However, based on the past history of the State CET Cell, and other exams conducted, it is expected that the exam body is expected to extend the registration window. Why is an Extension Expected for MAH BCA CET?
Expectations for a deadline extension are high, primarily due to recent actions taken by the CET Cell for other professional courses. Historically, the exam body has provided extra duration for eligible aspirants to ensure no candidate is left behind due to technical or administrative hurdles.
The registration for MAH MCA CET 2026, which was originally set to end on February 10, was recently extended to February 18, 2026. This decision was made "in the interest of candidates" to provide an additional eight-day window for those who missed the initial cutoff.
What’s new this year in the MAH CET exam?
This year, the exam body has introduced mandatory APAAR ID and Aadhaar authentication causing technical difficulties for many applicants. For MHT CET, the Cell eventually allowed candidates to register without these authentications starting February 13 to resolve these "genuine problems". Similar issues may prompt a reprieve for BCA/BBA aspirants.
The MAH BCA CET application form has been released online. To register for the exam, the candidates will have to fill and submit the MAH BCA CET application form before the last date. During the application form process, candidates will have to register, fill their personal, academic and contact details. The preferred exam centres have to be selected and the candidates will have to upload their scanned photograph and signature. Finally, the candidates will have to pay the application fee. No other mode of application will be accepted.
MAH BCA CET 2025 application form was available online at cetcell.mahacet.org for the additional attempt. Candidates were able to register for MAH BCA CET 2025 additional attempt until June 27, 2025. To be registered for the entrance exam, the candidates had to fill out the MAH BCA CET application form 2025 with the required personal, academic and contact details. After the final date, the authorities did not accept any applications. For the previous attempt, the MAH BCA CET 2025 application form was available from January 2 to March 28, 2025.
